CETTE PAGE EN FRANCAIS
From Russia with love
This time around designer Eric Bergère brings us to the Eastern block. Patterned cashmere scarves knotted under the chin, embroidered Russian tunics paired with jeans, skirts with embroidered slavic motifs worn over pants, wrap-around belts with embroidered flowers, fur chapkas, jackets and coats, printed suede skirts, patterned cashmere fringed skirts, long dresses belted around the ribcage, long red mohair skirts with velvet trim... Eastern-inspired beauties have nothing to fear of the chilly Moscow winter. Eric Bergère also offers black velvet ensembles worn with oversized hooded coats and jackets. There were jersey ensembles in prune or black, coated fabrics, long dresses with sun pleats, pinafore dresses, tight-fitting pants and skirts with panels.
