Beautiful rebels
La salle Wagram was outfitted all in white and illuminated with enormous crystal light fixtures, creating an almost spiritual setting for the presentation of the newest Paco Rabanne Collection, designed by Christophe Decarnin and Aurélien Tremblay. Rebellious rocker chicks first appeared in a series of cigarette pants adorned with straps and buckles along the legs with thick, low-waisted studded belts, in black, white or salmon. The look is rendered more feminine with layered chiffon tops, asymmetrical t-shirts, tops decorated with laser-cut leaves and ribbons floating on the shoulders, fishnet tank tops embroidered with feathers, pearls or rhodoïd circles, tops with thick chains for straps or a backless top composed of white feathers. The cigarette pants also come in chrome and metallic fabrics, fishnet embroidered with rhodoïd rounds, ebony sequins or black lacy netting. Black leather is also a material of predilection, used for a pants suit with silver embroidery around the bust, a fitted tank top with small cut-outs or a small, short jacket. There are also layered chiffon or organza mini skirts decorated with the ubiquitous rhodoïd circles and short dresses - such as the mini dress in lace tulle with black rose motifs - studded leather dresses or iridescent asymmetrical dresses.
