An impeccable wardrobe
Miss Torrente is an active yet elegant woman who has at her disposition a wardrobe that is both comfortable and perfectly adapted to her occupations at any given moment of the day. In the city she'll opt for pepper-and-salt or Super 100 pants suits with a well balanced cut and clean lines, in navy and white or taupe and sand. When off on a cruise she'll slip into a cotton poplin sailor's sweater with straight pants, or an iridescent navy blue taffeta parka over white linen capri pants. For sightseeing she chooses a white jersey dress with a fluorescent green clover motif or pajama pants paired with a tank top. There are also stitched suede ensembles with notched points, in pastel shades of pistachio, pink or caramel, with straight pants or a long skirt, worn with small tank tops or refined knit twin sets with lurex threads. For evening, there is a red or black chiffon poncho over a sheath dress, the fringed pantsuit, a dress with a deeply cut back, a long asymmetrical wraparound dress held in the back with a ribbon embroidered "Torrente 2000" in sequins, or a white crepe sheath dress adorned with pearls.
